Yes. The gel support bands provide real structure that holds larger sizes in place. Most D-DD customers find the best fit in L or XL.

Are the pads removable?
The pads are semi-fixed inside the cup with a small adjustment slit. They won't shift or bunch in the wash, but can be repositioned if needed.
