These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through the website of Look Defined, located and reachable via info@look-defined.com

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated shipping times are 1–7 business days after processing, depending on destination and shipping conditions.

To reduce waste and optimize inventory management, some products are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners in China.

As a result:

  • Customs duties or import fees may apply.

  • Delivery times may occasionally be affected by customs procedures, carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

6. Tracking and Customer Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided by email.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and collecting shipments from pickup locations when required.

If delivery issues occur, customers agree to contact us first before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

7. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and responsibility for the products pass to the customer once the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided during checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is accurate.

Address corrections must be requested within 24 hours after placing the order.

8. Returns and Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have entered processing.
