Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code by email.


2. Delivery Time

After processing, the average shipping time is 1 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that delivery may be delayed during busy periods, holidays, or due to customs procedures.


3. Shipping Method and Origin

To reduce waste and save CO₂ emissions, we ship directly from our supplier in China.

As a result, customs fees may apply depending on the country of delivery.

Our shipping partners are UPS and FedEx. If necessary, we use alternative delivery services.


4. Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping.

If free shipping is not available, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.


5. Tracking Your Shipment — Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for monitoring the tracking code through our website and the link provided by email.

The customer is responsible for tracking whether the package will be delivered to their home or to a pickup point and, if necessary, collecting it from the pickup point.

If delivery takes longer than expected or if there is an issue, please always send an email to info@look-defined.com first instead of immediately initiating a chargeback or refund request.


6. Responsibility for Delivery

If the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered, responsibility lies with the customer.

Please check your address carefully; any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order via info@look-defined.com
