How tall is the heel?
The block heel measures about 4 inches, with a 1-inch platform under the forefoot — so the actual lift you feel is closer to 3 inches.
Do they run small?
Yes, slightly. We recommend going one size up from your usual US size for the best fit.
Are the straps adjustable?
The straps are stretch fabric, so they mold to your foot. No buckles to fuss with.
